Very nice Belgian. Not overwhelmed, but glad I got to try it. Won’t be in a big rush to purchase it again, but would recommend for folks who like this style.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle. Hazy, honey-golden pour with a fluffy head. Nose is Belgian yeast, a little sweatiness, apple cider vinegar, burnt sugar, taffy. Taste is pretty consistent with the olfactories. Gentle carbonation and this beer really coats your taste buds. Just the slightest bit of tartness combined with some fruitiness (pears, honey crisp apple). Good stuff from RR, but what else would you expect.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
This is some tasty stuff. Pours rich gold with a slight white head, no lacing. Aroma of sweet malt, pears, banana, grass, alcohol, and honey. Flavor is fruity, earthy, average bitterness for a Belgian ale, average sweetness. Full bodied with a rich mouthfeel. You can really taste the yeast on this one, with peppery notes. This beer delivers the goods, nice flavor and smooth finish.

2.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Pours light, tastes light with a subtle hint of coriander. The beer has an extremely light pallet. So light that the taste doesn't linger between sips. I personally won't drink this beer indoors. It might be a great beer for a day out in the sun.

4.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Pours a beautiful hazy golden with a nice ivory head. Sharp aroma is fruity and malty, very tempting, with notes of pear, apple and raisin. Fruity flavor echoes the pear, raisin and apple of the aroma and adds a pleasing malty undertone. Firm, fizzy texture is fairly smooth and satisfying. Damned good!
