Not the best beer in the "dam nation" but it’s definitely a good one. Golden color with a medium white head. Aroma of banana, sweet malt, and yeast. Pours a dark golden caramel with thick and frothy one finger white head. Settles slowly and heavily laces the glass. Aroma is malty and spicy with notes of yeast, bread, white grapes, sweet honey and caramel. Flavor is sweet and malty with biscuitiness, honey, caramel, some spice, ripe apple, some hints of pear. Generally medium to full body with notes of spice and caramel.
