Tap at the brewpub. A bit yeasty and thick in the mouth, with a little sugary sweetness balancing a firm herbal an floral hop flavor finishing with a lasting bitterness. Some fruitiness that is more the yeast than hops, and shows a but of banana. Quite hazy. good but not as good of a hop and yeast combo as the last hoppy Belgian style ale I had from them. This one might be a touch too bitter as well. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

A rustic, floral lighter Belgian ale...pretty solid across the board, and definitely enjoyable as the weather warms. Little hint of the abv, slightly earthy finish, but it;s the florals and yeast that wins you over

Fad: Taster på brewpub. Lysegul let diset med et stort skumhoved. Duften er amerikansk humlet men den belgiske indflydelse kan tydelig mærkes i næsen. Hvede kan smages i denne yderst velafbalanceret og lækre øl. Fin fin.

Draft at brewery. Nose is light grassiness with some tropical notes. Taste is refreshing like a light saison without the undesirable phenols. A light hippiness comes through in the flavor too. Somewhat peachy as it warms.

I can get on board with this. On tap at the source. Light pear, melon, clove, and grass on the aroma. Taste is moderately hoppy bitter and medium sweet. Tasty.

Sampled on 6/26/2014 at the brewpub. This Belgian Ale pours a medium gold color from the tap. Small to medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is hoppy, fruity and sweet. A medium bodied Belgian Ale. The malts are fruity and sweet. The hops are grapefruity and citrusy, a touch herbal. Decent carbonation, lots of nice small bubbles. Hoppy and VERY DRY, and I mean VERT DRY. A little bit of tartness. This might be the driest beer I have had in a really long time. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is crisp and dry. Aftertaste is slightly bitter with a lot of dryness.

Draft at City Beer San Francisco. Pours a hazy golden color with a medium sized white head. The aroma and flavor have nice Belgian yeast, bubblegum, earthy, almost oniony hops, pale malt, easy drinking, smooth finish, dry, some toasted bread,

On tap at the brewery. Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of floral and lightly citrusy hops, some pale and caramel malts, and light spices. Flavor the same with a nice hoppiness. Average texture. A pretty good beer.

Awesome strange Belgian IPA-ish yet Rye Dry... Aw fuck, I can’t explain this beer! It’s excellent, much like a RyePA, yet at the same time very Belgian.
