Tap at the brewpub. A bit yeasty and thick in the mouth, with a little sugary sweetness balancing a firm herbal an floral hop flavor finishing with a lasting bitterness. Some fruitiness that is more the yeast than hops, and shows a but of banana. Quite hazy. good but not as good of a hop and yeast combo as the last hoppy Belgian style ale I had from them. This one might be a touch too bitter as well. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Had on draft at the brewery. Golden, tropical fruit notes, spicy, some tannins, astringent, slight green apple tartness.

Not my style, but the best blonde I’ve ever had. Golden color. Banana aroma with citrusy scents. The hops hit u first, and then the funkiness of the yeast follows and sticks with u for awhile.

Draft sampled at Russian River with Linh. Pours a cloudy orange body with thin white lacing. Aroma is sweet Belgian candy, spice, fresh citrus hops and sweet honey-drizzled grapefruit. Mouthfeel is bitter and sweet with both the belgian spice and fresh citrus hop flavors balancing each other nicely.

On tap at Russian River. Pours clear gold with a medium, fizzy white head, medium retention with good lacing. Aroma is grassy and pine hops, honey and citrus with light biscuit malt. Flavor is malt with heavy fresh hops, dry and crisp with a medium-high bitterness, honey and farmhouse notes. Light body, low warmth, medium carbonation.

A rustic, floral lighter Belgian ale...pretty solid across the board, and definitely enjoyable as the weather warms. Little hint of the abv, slightly earthy finish, but it;s the florals and yeast that wins you over

Fad: Taster på brewpub. Lysegul let diset med et stort skumhoved. Duften er amerikansk humlet men den belgiske indflydelse kan tydelig mærkes i næsen. Hvede kan smages i denne yderst velafbalanceret og lækre øl. Fin fin.

Draft at brewery. Nose is light grassiness with some tropical notes. Taste is refreshing like a light saison without the undesirable phenols. A light hippiness comes through in the flavor too. Somewhat peachy as it warms.
