Aroma of bright grainy floral hops, mingled with oatiness. Grassy flavor with tons of orange peel and pepper, along with chewy bret-laden cracker...all pushed against a fresh oak backdrop. Weaker finish than expected but still top-notch, flavorful and lasting. Thanks cquiroga!

Feb 28, 2008 on tap at the rr brewpub. pours a cloudy orange honey color, with little head. notes of funky bretty citrusy zest up front, with orange and lemon fighting for dominance, and a bit of a woody note in the end. more orange and lemon in the taste, with a kind of light honey malt flavor, hints of brett, and some floral earthy hops. lightly tart finish, moderate bitterness, quite drying. lightish body, light carbonation, extremely quenching. when i was done drinking this, i said to myself, i says, self? this is the best beer you’ve had in a while.

Feb 17, 2008 1/3/08 with BikesandBeer, 9th Brewery of the trip, 2nd of the Day. Finally got to come here. Pours gold with a bright white ring. Nose is sweet, taste is sweet and sour, very very nice.

Feb 12, 2008 Tap. Orance, nice bubbles, cute head. Delightfully sour! Dry peaches, a bit of orange and other cirtic notes. Just the right amount of sweet with a leafy-clove sort of aftertaste. Good one.

Feb 6, 2008 Growler. Pours clear light amber with a somewhat lacy white head. Aroma of lemon, brett, fruit. Light body. Tart taste of lemon, citrus, fruit, grass. Tart finish. Nice, but not a real head-turner for me.

Feb 5, 2008 Had to try this as well as I let me Growler of Younger settle. Came in the tulip glass orange with a small head, and left light lacing. Sour apple nose with a little bit of citrus. Smooth and mild mouthfeel. Flavor is tart, and again reminds me of sour apples. Nice bitter finish. Really good stuff.
