Bottled - tasted blind - my 1800th US beer. A hazy amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with a very acidic note too as well as some fruit. The flavor is sweet with fruity notes - primarily of peaches as well as some notes of grapefruit, and a strong acidic note, leading to a tart finish.

From bottle #30 at sk8vikings American blind tasting. Pours hazy orange and with a lacing white head. Aroma is dry and acidic with a solid orange fruity aroma. Flavour is solid acidic and orang fruity. Dense flavour yet towards smooth. Acidic and citric finish with a nice sulphor and wooden touch. Finish makes me shiver. Smooth and utterly wellbalanced.

Bottled, thanks marsiblursi! Lightly hazy golden, mid-sized head. Concentrated lemon and old hay aroma. Dryish and tart, well rounded with marked vinegary acidity. Some caramel and slight vinous oakiness adds complexity to the acidic flavour. Finishes with stale hop bitterness.

Bottle @ Brugmansia/Fonefan US Tasting, April 2010. Thanks a lot. Pours unclear dark orange with a small creamy bubbly head on top. Nose & taste is fruit, funk, brett and barnyard. Very complex. Dry and very sour and funky. Huge bite. The dry tartness nearly leaves my mouth numb. Wauuww...

Corked bottle, courtesy of a generous trader
Hazy orange color. Sour aroma, with mild fruitness, citrusy, and light cellar touch. Good mouthfeel, hidden malt flavor, silky sourness, citrusy touch, with a late astringency. Excellent.

(750ml bottle) Pours a lightly hazy amber body with a small off-white head. Aroma of grapefruit, leather, horse blanket, apple, and oak. Flavor of brett, citrus, caramel malt, and sour cherry with a bone dry finish. I would love to get my hands on a few more bottles of this fantastic creation.

Cloudy pale beige with thick head. Complex bretty nose has leather, horseblanket, wood. One of those beers you want to sniff forever. Deep tartness on the palate. Loads of funk and fruit (peach, cherry). Genius plan! Exceptional balance, crazy tart. And it’s held up to a couple of samplings.
