Dr. Zeus was brewed with 100% Zeus hops which is close to the Columbus hop and Tomahawk hop

Pours with a golden amber body topped by a medium thick head wtih lots of lacing. The aroma is slightly sweet and hoppy with lots of grapefruit and some pine. The flavor is bitter and hoppy with lots of pine, some grapefruit and an underlying malty sweetness. Medium to full bodied, warming and dry.

A very poor pale ale that just doesnít do it for me. It is unique, I guess to brew with hop variety, yet the flavor of this one was almost too hard to swallow.

Had this on tap, wasnít too bad of a brew. Really bitter and a little sour, but I like that. Didnít have much of a head, and a little aroma, hoppy. I would order this again.

My least favorite of the Russian River beers I have tried but I guess Iím just not into this unique hop profile. Taste is too dry and astringent. Taste is lightly sour.

A big white head sat above the amber fluid and a breeze of fresh juicy hops slided by...a hint of orange & pineapple could be gathered from the wind...flavors showed nice fresh hops comforted by soft floral characteristics...a little medicinal aspirine-like flavors turn bitter and sappy...but quite nice for a pale ale.

Draft version. Light clear color with 0 head. Clean hoppy aroma. Bold strong IPA aftertast that stays with ya for a while. Nice beer!

draft at Pizza Port Solana This is a real palate cleaner. Starts out lemony bitter and finishes smooth. Nice beer to begin a session with.

Draft. Drak amber with a very small off-white head. Hop aroma, but you can also get the malt. Pine resin bitterness - balanced but has a nice lingering bitterness.
