3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Growler share at Capitol Beer. Pours lite brite gold with a white head. Aroma seems citrus. Med body, nearly. Flavor is hoppy and citrus. Malt supports in an unobtrusive manner. Finishes very hoppy in a very fresh way, and quite bitter. Over the top session ale.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pint at Russian River. Good aroma, sweet citrus, big on grapefruit, minor orange some spruce. Clean pale golden orange. Ok head and lace. Bitter flavor. Light body, thin creamy mouthfeel, bitter finish. Solid session. Fairly bitter in the scheme of things. Flavor and finish are best part. Imo.

Light spruce, hops, grapefruit, a hint of wheat. Very light amber with a white head and good lacing. Taste is bitter and citrussy. Very similar to a blind pig.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
Half pint at the brewery. The aroma has citrus orange and grapefruit. Nice hop nose. Transparent golden body with a small, white head and good lacing. Starts with peppery, hoppy, earthy bitterness. Husky tannins in the middle. Finishes dry. This tastes like it’s more than 4.2% ABV.

3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
3 oz chilled pour from tap into cylindrical taster as part of Russian River’s “everything on tap” sampled (16 beers this time around) at the brewery itself. I realize that drinking 16 different 3 oz pours is not ideal for proper rating, but when will I ever have an opportunity like this again?
Much fuller body than I would have expected considering the style and size. More flavorful too.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Draught at the Russian River Brewing Co, Santa Rosa, CA.
Clear yellow golden colour with a small white head.
Dry citrus hops, mild yeast and spices in a delicious aroma.
Dry citrus hops, moderate bitterness and mild yeasty notes in the flavour. Absolutely delicious! Super tasty! One of the best low abv brews I’ve ever tasted.

4.4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 18/20
(Échantillonné au Bagby Fest): Juteux, croustillant avec des clémentines et de la gomme de pins qui peinture la bouche. Par moment, on croirait une Pliny the tiny. Buvabilité morbide.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
This poured a golden color with a white head. Aroma was of fruity, dank and.grassy hops, not malt to be seen. Flavor was similar, very clean dank and fruity hops, almost like juice. Tasty.
