Draft at Toronado SF. Pours clear yellow with a creamy white head. Interesting phenolics in the nose, some melon, lemon, hay. Light sweet flavor with subtle funk, citrus peel, grapefruit, white grape, melon gummies. Light bodied with average carbonation. Lightly sweet on the finish, more white grapes, light tangerine. Fine.

Pale golden blond with a decent off white covering.
Nose is mellow citric fruits, straw, grain, lemon rind, light yeast.
Taste comprises lemon rind, yeast esters, damp hay, light funk, not too complex.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a mild tarte rinse.
Decent enough saison.

A hazy golden orange pour with a white head. Lactic sourness up front with a nice lemon zest note. Some grass, straw, yeast, and a light bready sweetness. Very bright and citrusy. The flavor has a very nice lemon tartness, lime zest, and plenty of grass. A bit of bread sweetness, yeast, straw, and a dry finish.

On tap@ the Bistro poured a hazy yellow with a small white head. Aromas of horseblanket, leather, and grapefruit rind. Big brett flavor with grapefruit rind and a hint of orange with a dry finish.

[2/12/15] Draught at Russian River in Santa Rosa. Clear yellow. Aroma of fruit esters, a sulphury hint and a citric hops note. Slightly spicy flavor with a sweetish note, yeast, fruity esters and light hoppy bitterness. Medium-bodied.

On tap at the brewpub. So-so saison, certainly displaying white pepper, coriander, and yeast. Not a lot of inviting spices, however. Quaffable. Blonde coloured body.

White pepper, straw, mild grassy, lightly fruity,a touch funky aroma. A bit tangy, tart, a touch funky, light barnyard, lemon, somewhat spicy flavor. Pretty interesting. Update at RR: good brew.

Citrus, yeast, mild spices and dry malt in the aroma.
The flavour is dry hops, moderate bitterness and yeast. Bitter and dry.
