3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
3 oz chilled pour from tap into cylindrical taster as part of Russian River’s “everything on tap” sampled (16 beers this time around) at the brewery itself. I realize that drinking 16 different 3 oz pours is not ideal for proper rating, but when will I ever have an opportunity like this again?
A little too much sugar, a bit too thin, and a little off colored.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
This beer is golden with white cloudiness and a little wispy head. It is very much a Belgian white in the aroma. It has an interesting flavor which is a little more wheaty than your typical white.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
UPDATED: JUN 30, 2015 "for me and a couple others at RR last weekend, this one was a slight miss. Wits aren’t my favorite style to begin with, and this one doesn’t have enough of the coriander/orange peel/spice to be really refreshing. the yeast was overdone in both the aroma and flavor. My least favorite RR beer."
has improved, still not a fav.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Fad: Taster. Klassisk belgian wit, meget diset med et stort skumhoved. God duft af lemonade og gær. Kraftig smag igen af lemonade. Ikke min øl type den dag, men en god amerikansk version af typen.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Draft at brewery. Nose is light perfume, very subtle with the coriander. Pour is very cloudy yellow. Taste is a light sweetness with a wildflower honey character. A creamy mouthfeel but not too thick. Very well balanced.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
On tap @ Russian River. Pours a hazy light yellow appearance with a white head. Aroma has some grass, black pepper, and light fruit and thankfully isn’t dominated by a bunch of spice junk. Lemon, light tart flavor. Bone dry. Bready / crackery. Super easy drinking. Would fuck.
