This was on tap at the Firestone Walker festival. Pours a hazy yellow/gold with a nice sized white head. Aroma is yeasty, tart, funky, hay, lemon. Flavor follows suit. So nice on the tongue, just enough tartness, funk blends well with the carbonation. Damn fine beer. I think I was told that Vinnie brewed this from start to finish.

Big thanks to daysinthewake for getting this growler out to me. Served in a Russian River TION goblet. Pours a clear straw-golden color with a nice white head. The nose has a touch of light pilsner malt plus a really nice bouquet of floral and slightly-spice hops. Some perfume. Light fruity notes. Really excellent. Very light. Flavor is likewise extremely well integrated and light on the palate. Extremely easy to drink. Light body and a dry finish. Excellent. Would love to have this year round.

Growler thanks to hannont for sharing... A golden, hazy pour with a white head. This was a nice, to par for the style, saison. Citrus, grassy, earthy, rustic, floral, perfume-like, lemon zest, and nice hop flavors. Noticeable yeast spice and esters and other tropical-like fruits.

Listed as 4.6% saison on the board. Draft @ Russian River. Pours a pulpy, grapefruit-juice color; modest off-white head with solid lacing. Lemon zest, doughiness, and a very light sourdough-like tartness; soft profile for a saison. Medium-light body; medium-high CO2; creamy texture. Lots of doughy notes, light citrus (the mildest hint of tartness), and a white pepper character, but on the doughy, Belgian ale side of the spectrum, more than a peppery saison; still, tasty, with a lightly dry, bready finish.

Sample from a growler. Aroma has significant barnyard, dry, funky saison notes. Really nice. Nice crackery nose with some light esters. Transparent golden body with a medium white head present. Starts a little spicy before this becomes lightly fruity, estery with mild banana hints. Very refreshing. Light, dry, herbal bitterness to finish. Very nice and sessionable. A really good brew.

Flavors are lite spicy dry noble hops bitterness-lots of dry citrus on the finish. What a flavorful little beer here! Another outstanding "lite" beer here. long grassy notes on the finish. love the lite palate here-lots of character yet can easily be sessioned. Fantastic experiment!
