Originally brewed for our brewery that once was located at Lake Sonoma Winery. This nitrogenated dry stout is low in alcohol but big in flavor. Its smooth roasted coffee like aromas and flavor are clean and drinkable.

On tap at Russian River. Pours a dark brown with a creamy body and 1 finger of beige head. Leaves a thick lacing on the glass. Smells of roasted malts and chocolate. Taste confirms the nose, lots of roasted malts and chocolate flavors. Medium bodied stout with a very creamy finish, super smooth on the back of the tongue. Overall a very nice dry stout.

Draught @ Russian River Brewing, Santa Rosa, California (20.04.2016)
Ogromna kremowa piana. Oleista, potężna zwarta tekstura. W smaku i zapachu dominuje bardzo intensywna kawa z mlekiem. Prócz tego orzeszki ziemne, lekka mleczność, laktoza. Paloność idealnie współgra z czekoladą. Lekko ściągający finisz. Dobry trunek, nic poza tym.

Nitro draft to taster at the brewpub. Looks good; a translucent cola with creamy light beige head. Smells of dark malt, chocolate, and roast with a distinctly dry stout nose. Tastes like it smells with a fairly dry medium light-bodied mouthfeel. Some bitterness from the roast as well. Okay.
