38cl, Batch 11, at 5.15%Vol, American brew, thx to Secret Santa!, complex brew, malty/spicy and slightly fruity/bitter, balanced, cloudy, small head, nice brew, yet expensive!
3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 DTM (590) - Winters, California, USA - FEB 10, 2012
Bottle from Monument Liquor’s in Concord, CA. Pours a dirty yellow color and smells of yeast and lemon. Tasted of lemon with a hint of honey. A little too bitter for this style of beer. Very solid brew.
3.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20 oc4111 (14) - USA - FEB 5, 2012
Pours a cloudy straw color with a minimal head and no lacing after a semi aggressive pour. Aroma is citrus and dry cracker. Reminds me of a witbier but Without the orange and coriander. Taste is a bit dry and lemony. Mouthfeel is dry and clean. This would be a good summer session beer except for the price.
3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 oRos (96) - sacramento, California, USA - FEB 3, 2012
Good beer. Belgium blone. Has good taste. Not much flavor. Typical. Has a little bit of sweetness.
4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20 drunkenpolack (275) - Virginia Beach, Virginia, USA - FEB 2, 2012
Redemption pours a cloudy yellow color. This beer is alive. Full of carbonation. Bubbles flowing everywhere. Sounds of popping bubbles fill the ears. A two finger frothy white head is poured and has good retention.
At first it’s hard to pick up much from this beer smell wise but as the beer warms up and you stick your nose in the glass more some nice stuff comes out. Belgian yeast, hoppy grassiness. apple, lemon, spiciness, and a small bit of funk. It’s a nice delicate aroma. Won’t blow you away but it’s nice.
The taste mirrors the smell for the most part. Very hard to pick anything and I really wasn’t to excited in the beginning but everything starts adding up. Tart apple and lemon, grassy notes, brett, and spice. Very enjoyable.

Batch 011 375 mL bottle, pour is clear yellow slightly orange with white head, aroma brings notes of nice biscuit, cracker, hints of lemon, slight yeast, bready notes in there, slight fruit as well. Taste is a nice mix of bread and yeast, hints of lemon and slight spice notes, hints of fruity esters, finishes fairly clean. Really like liquid bread.
3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 gramity (520) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - JAN 27, 2012
RBAG 2012. Golden and clearly visible through topped by a thin diminishing film of head. Aroma is Belgian yeast, spice, coriander, and grain/wheat. The flavor is a bit bland but also allows grainy malt with sour grass and sign of coriander, pepper and lime leaf.
3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 Ferfie (175) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - JAN 27, 2012
RBAG 2012. Pours hay-straw kind of blonde colour, with a bright big-bubbled head. Smell is big on the light fruits, ruper unripe pear, tame lemon, muted citrus - kinda like lemongrass I guess, yeasty, slight spice - like very faint clove. Taste is more of the same, bright light fruits, that are slightly muted in the sweetness, light banana, white necatrine, some grassiness, floral quality, some biscuit-i-ness. A little bit light in flavour and in mouthfeel, medium carbonation. Enjoyable to drink, but a little too subdued for me likings.
