On tap @ RR. Clear straw color, thin dense ring of white foam in glass. Slightly sweet grainy aroma with a light perfume-like tone. Refreshing fresh cut citrus and grain taste backed by Belgian yeastiness and a mild herbal note.

Another awesome russian river brew. I am convinced they do not make a single bad beer. The beer is gold in color with a thick and everlasting white head. Nose is mildly fruity and yeasty with a bit of hops. Its smells like pure bliss. Its not trying to be too much and something its not, its just very natural, earthy and smooth. Flavor is equally smooth and delicious. Nothing bad to say about this one. I’d love to try the first batch that has some brett someday.

Batch 005: Pours pale gold with a thick white head. Great fruity nose with some clove. Medium body with moderate carbonation. Clean Belgian flavors. Leaves you wanting more.

~Pours a light clear gold color with creamy white head. ~Light coriander and clove scent. ~Has a light hoppy bitter taste followed by coriander. ~Quick light finish. ~ This was ok. Not really my favorite style, but was still enjoyable.

Taste is yeasty, hoppy, and spiced. Golden colour with some sediment with a nice foamy white head. Earthy finish. Smell is yeast, spices, some hops. Pretty good.
