Pours a very straw colored body with a very thin head that takes a minute to fade. Smells of fruits: pear, bananas, apples, as well as some spice. Almost hefeweizen in aroma. Very light flavor when compared to the aroma but similar in profile. Slight sweetness in the end. Light-medium body with lingering dryness. Overall underwhelming but still enjoyable. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

375 ml Bottle pours a hazy golden color with a lot of frothy head. Good belgian yeast taste balanced against fruity sweet flavors.

Hazy light golden color, frothy white head. Hay, bread, lemon peel, some floral notes, spice, and perhaps banana. Tiny amount of tartness followed by hints of sweetness, and a lot of carbonation. Light-bodied, thin, and no alcohol.

Aight .. kinda cardboardish and stale. Nice choppy bite with a crisp refreshing body

I think I’m unfortunately drinking this way past its prime. Light Belgian malts and yeast leads to wet cardboard

A little bit plain. As the bottles age, they do develop some body but there isn't a ton there beyond the crisp bready notes and some apple. Solid blonde but the style doesn't lend itself to really interesting beers in my opinion. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle: Poured a hazy beige color ale with a large pure white foamy head with good retention and some good lacing. Aroma of rustic malt base with light dry hay notes with some light citrus notes. Taste is a very drinkable mix between some rustic malt notes with some fruity ester notes and some floral hay notes with a light peppery finish. Body is quite full with good carbonation. Another winner from RR with an easily drinkable Belgian ale though I must admit that I preferred the first batch that included some Brett.

Batch 012. Appearance: crystal clear, golden straw with big fluffy white head and streaming bubbles from bottom. Aroma: sweet bread, citrus/lemon, banana, dough. Taste: all same as aroma with a touch of pepper and a dry, earthy dustiness in the end. Mouthfeel: thin and smooth with medium carbonation. Overall: it’s not my style but it is very good for a Belgian single. Well crafted, smooth and very refreshing.

Batch 12 bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a light white head. Bready, yeasty, fruity aroma. Crisp, pepper, citrus, slight grape flavor. Kind of refreshing. Pretty good beer.
