Batch 3, 375 ml bottle courtesy of MrChopin, thanks! Cloudy yellow, big white head. Aroma of sour orange peel and light spice. Great body, dry, smooth, slightly sweet but ultimately sour. Nice character and complexity. Batch 5, 375 ml bottle, also from MrChopin. Not as complex or smooth, lighter body. Still decent stuff.

On tap at the brewpub. A hazy, golden beer with a small white head. The aroma is mostly fruity, with some pale malts. Dry on the palate, medium body and a nice carbonation. Not the most exciting flavor, typical Belgian blond ale, but less sugary than most of them. Decent bitterness. Medium body. An easy drinkable one, and quite refreshing. 130806
