4.5 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottled at RBESG. Cloudy amber, lively head. Striking Cantillon-like citric nose. The freshening citric acid dominates, but undrenath there is loads of flavours, like buttery malt, some red wine and toffee. Very drinkable despites it’s complexity with many lambic like aspects. An awesome beer, and my allround favourite at RBESG ’05.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
(Bottle 37,5 cl) Hazy amber golden with a handsome head. Slightly tart nose with a weak, fruity touch. Loads of malt in here and again this light, rather refreshing tartness. Reminds me of a Belgian Kriek. Lovely with an incredible complexity in the long aftertaste. 120805

4.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle at RBESG Grand Tasting 05. Hazy light amber, with a ring of head. Sharp, tart aroma - cherries and lemons. Very good sour ale - fruit in the initial taste, tartness to finish, just short of mouth puckering. Good balance of sweet and sour. Excellent.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
An unclear orange beer with a thin orange head. The aroma is sour - like a Flemish sour ale - combined with notes of oranges and peaches. The flavor is also sour - again as a Flemish sour ale - with notes of wood as well as hints of the alcohol, and with a dry end. It is slightly one-dimensional, and the body is slightly thin. Thanks to Aaron for bringing this to RBESG.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottled @ RBESG2005: Orange/amber coloured. Unclear. Beige headed. Aroma is somewhat dry and acidic. Has notes of cherryfruits and is light sour. Flavour is very grapish and light fruity. Some woody notes is there. Is acidic and really cleanses the palate. Quite refreshing and sour in the end. Good one.
