Aroma has notes of sour cherry, wood and a touch of red wine. Taste is fantastic and complex, with notes of sour cherry, lactic sourness, some barnyard funk, red wine, and oak.

bottle. Red orange with two finger head. Pleasantly tart, and really fruity, especially cherry. Wine comes through really well, but isn’t distracting. Amazingly good.

You can smell the cherries, woody, almost cough syrup smell, I’ve smelled no beer like it! The color is beautiful off-orange/brownish color and that sour taste is incredible. I’m not a huge sour but this one come on! Finally a somewhat hard to find beer lives up to the hype! I apologize to Russian River for saying they were over-hyped, this one is worth it! Has to be one of the best, if not the best sour out there!

Bottle shared by Josh, thanks! I’ve been wanting to try this one for a while so I was pumped to see it randomly show up, pours a dark amber red with an off white head, the aroma is packed full of cherries with an awesome amount of funk and sourness, the flavor has a fruity front end with a dry finish and a good amount of sourness, really nice mouthfeel as well, awesome stuff.

Bottle->snifter. Hazy orange/amber with bare white head. Aroma is sour and funky cherries, yeast. Taste is more of the same, with sour bright funky cherries and yeast. Good carbonation, great lingering tart aftertaste. Excellent.

Pours deep amber color, reddish hue. Quickly dissipating thin head. Sharp, fruity, smell, no "funk". Carbonated mouthfeel

Pours clear dark amber with thick white head. Lively carbonation Aromas of bretta, sour dark cherries, woody from aging in barrells, Lovely taste! Lingering touch of bretta, sweetness from cherries and and dry sour finish. The more you sip the better it gets! Masterpiece! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
