Btl pours a clear light brown color with some ruby highlights. Big thick soft head lingers leaving no lace. Smells of berrys, wood,my wet dog, and hint of wine. Tastes of sour patch kids, wet hay, wine, and cherries. Medium body, perfect carbination, tart mouthfeel, and a dry finish. I really can’t desribe this adaquately. This is beer is fantastic! It has so many different flavors and aromas we could be here all day. I love it! Mouth puckering, barnyardy, wine barrel wood, dark sweet fruits, everything you could want in a sour and more. It is worth every penny!

Batch 092414. So good! The wine shines though in an amazing way! The sourness is slightly more pronounced than consecration in my opinion. Still subtle though. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Appearance: Bottled 24/9-2014, cork and cage. Dark brown/red, lots and lots of light tan head.
Aroma: Berries, sour, wood/oak.
Taste: Quite sour, fruit and cherry. Vinous, also sweetness in there. Pearls before swine, unfortunately...

Pours a clear amber colour with a slight foamy red-brown head which recedes to a lacing. Aroma is cherries, raspberry and brett. Taste is red berries, tart redcurrants, red grapes which lead to a long red wine finish.

Deep orange-brown pour, small off-white head. Great tart aroma of cherries, barnyard, brett and earth. Flavor is fantastic, earthy, vinous, tart, with notes of wine and peach. Effervescent. Tart start, bubbly fresh middle, vinous finish. Fantastic.

Shows sour, wild yeast aromas, with a broad palate of orange rind and lemon peel citrus above super yeasty undertones, finishing with blasts of barnyard funk, sour cherry, and distinct loamy flavors. Shows style and persistence for sure.

Cheery wine nose raspberry type of flavor tons of hay and funk. Not a fruit beer fan but love the fruit sours for sure. This one is best with nice carbonation and so so good basement wine cellar notes of oak and barnwood. Superb.

First let me start off by saying I don’t really like sours. On tap at the brewery. Pours a honey color, small white sticky head. Sour but the pinot noir adds a nice element of dark fruits, and cherries. Flavor is very sweet and sour.

A massive thanks to Guy for sharing this huge want with me. It really does live up to the hype it has. Nose is complex and juicy but the taste is where it takes it up a notch. Unbelievably zesty and juicy with plenty of cherries and plum. Loads of red berry tartiness with an amazing acidity throughout. Complexity at it’s highest with unfortunately huge drinkability. Goes down so easy. Amazing beer
