Bottle from Giant Eagle. Copper with ring. Grassy vegetal piney woody aroma. Bitter caramel resiny woody metallic something or other with lingering bitter metallic woody finish. Not good, but especially bad considering the other good beers we had tonight.

12oz bottle, from Beer & Burritos in Athens, OH for $1.75. Half hazy orange yellow color. Lumpy off-white head, kind of airy. Good retention, leaves decent lace. Medium-plus body. Softer carbonation, dry finish. Spicy, assertive, kind of citrusy hop profile. Some caramel, spicy malt. Bigger bitter taste. Good, kind of spicy IPA.

12 oz bottle from a sampler case purchased in Pittsburgh. Somewhat creamy with a nice dose of hops. Slightly above average overall.

Sample at the Big Tap In on 04/20/2013. The beer is a slightly hazy orange color with a medium foamy white head that recedes steadily. Small patches of lacing. Aroma of citrus and grain. Medium body with flavors of citrusy hops and bready malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a short hoppy aftertaste. Pretty average overall.

Dark orange amber with a light off-white head and tiny dots of lace. This is a very still beer, a little malt going in, and no carbonation which turns pine hops into PineSol. Drinkable, but hardly worth it. Not Recommended.

22oz. muddy orange with a monster, foamy, off-white head. aroma of twangy hops and thick blend of pale, crystal and honey. palate is way too overcarbed. foams in the mouth. malts impart a bit-o-honey candy like sweetness. a bit dusty. peachy hop flavors. probably a medium bodied beer. itís ok...some things could probably be tweaked and itís a bit rough around the edges, but itís drinkable.

22 oz. Bottle. Iím in agreement for the most part with Linus. My bottle had a little less of the nail polish that he described. But it was way too bitter. I immediately thought of those crappy bitter beer commercials from like ten years ago where the guyís face crumples when he tastes the bitter beer. Thatís what I thought my face was doing when I tasted this gem. The appearance was a decent deep bronze, but the scent and palate were simply weak. Then the taste... bitter beer face.

Ugh! What the heck happened here? My first drainpour of the year. Aroma was very weak and couldnít pick up much. Hints of pine cleaner but thatís it. Pour was a nice enough burnt amber with a one finger off white head. Given the weak aroma I was expecting the taste to be the same. It wasnít. A strong terpentine flavor (or what itís aroma would lead you to believe it tastes like) fills the mouth. The swallow just leaves that industrial cleaner flavor in your mouth. As it warms it becomes more bitter, but thereís nothing to detract from that awful flavor. Light carbonation. It takes a lot for me to dump a beer and this did it.

Drinkable but not a beer I would buy twice. Even as a true IPA lover, this is not very good. The taste gets better as you drink it. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12oz bottle, decent aroma, thenÖ..well, the beer goes south from here. Sweet, lightly hopped, medium body, I really didnít care for the flavor. The beer just seems off.
