Ruwet Carte Or Demi-Sec

A light yellow cider with a rim along the side of the glass of off-white head. The aroma is a slightly perfumated apple aroma - I wonder if it is the apple sort used. The flavor is sweet and very apply, combined with slight acidic notes. But the body is thin.

Bottled: Light yellow coloured. Clear. White head. Sweet applejuiice highly carbonated refreshing and dry. Well i’m not realy into cider yet.

(Bottle 75 cl) Pale golden with a bubbly head. Rather high carbonation. Soft apple aromas. Light body with vaguely sweetish apple flavours. Has an earthy edge but otherwise pleasant and very drinkable. 160206

Bottled. Pale golden coloured. Aroma of apples and caramel. Light and sparkling flavour of apples with some dryness.
