Bottle. A deep red brown beer with a big beige head. The aroma is dusty and of caramel, fruits, yeast and stable, so is th taste. Medium body with a dry finish.

Sep 20, 2008 Thick-set yellow head over fully hazy red-amber beer, textbook lace. Very grainy nose, malts, coloured malts and some grass, point of acidity. Bready, lightly smoked, higher sugars, unrefermentables peeping through at every sip. Well-bodied, slick, creamy texture, velvety. Very nice beer and even more so as it proves even biological beers can be tasteful. Now the same for the veggies...

Sep 16, 2008 Cloudy amber with large beige head. Sweet aroma with toasted malt and caramel notes. Sweet flavour with toasted malt, caramel and hints of smoke ends sweet.

Sep 7, 2008 500 ml bottle. Dark reddish brown body with a dense, fast disappearing off-white head. Aroma is caramel, malt, traces of chocolate and a slightly hint of cellar notes. Flavor is Sweet, bitter chocolate, caramel and a hint of rum. I find this a very plesant beer.

Unclear medium amber orange color with a average, frothy, good lancing, mostly lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, dusty, light to moderate hoppy, grass, orange, moderate yeasty, anis, alcohol. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light alcoholic. (060608)
