Emil (6077), Copenhagen, Denmark May 4, 2008 Bottle. A deep red brown beer with a big beige head. The aroma is dusty and of caramel, fruits, yeast and stable, so is th taste. Medium body with a dry finish.
JorisPPattyn (4490), Antwerpen, Belgium Sep 20, 2008 Thick-set yellow head over fully hazy red-amber beer, textbook lace. Very grainy nose, malts, coloured malts and some grass, point of acidity. Bready, lightly smoked, higher sugars, unrefermentables peeping through at every sip. Well-bodied, slick, creamy texture, velvety. Very nice beer and even more so as it proves even biological beers can be tasteful. Now the same for the veggies... KimJohansen (4285), Copenhagen V, Denmark Sep 16, 2008 Cloudy amber with large beige head. Sweet aroma with toasted malt and caramel notes.
