Cloudy yellow with a lasting white head. Lots of yeast in the aroma, banana and some clove. Sweet yeasty flavour, a classic weiss, although I prefer them with less banana.

Aug 15, 2008 Draught at SOPP 2008, Helsinki. Hazy yellow color with thick head. Strong overripe banana aroma. The flavor is also mostly about ripe banana with some wheaty breadiness. To be balanced, there should be more spiciness or hoppiness and less banana.

Jul 27, 2008 Bottle. Pours a hazy yellow-amber with an off-white head. Aroma is bananas big time and a blend of alcohol and yeast. Notes of bubblegum appear as it warms. Flavour is sweet with bananas and yeast. Mildly bitter yeast finish. 25-07-08.

Jul 27, 2008 Botella. Thanks to NosirIwont. Hazy deep golden with a medium steady white head. Aroma of sweet bananas big time, with wheat, yeast and bubble gum. Fair mouthfeel. Flavour of bananas (bit like skum bananer), wheat, yeast, and a little spice. Wheaty banana finish. A rather thin and mild Hefeweizen.
