ChristianScheffel (2014), Odense, Denmark May 6, 2008 Muddy amber with a lasting off-white head. Bubblegum aroma with hints of iodine, oak and solvent. Sweet and yeasty flavour, some oak, vanilla, tannins present.

Redish-copper colour with very low head. Extremely fruity and yeasty with lots of hops in aroma. Flavour is spicey phenolic with chocolate and menthol, with good backup from whiskey, and lasts very long. It seems very delicate and does not go overboard. Medium bodied. sayravai (3000), Helsinki, Finland Jul 3, 2008 (Bottled) Slightly hazy, dark reddish amber with a very small head. Aroma of whisky oak barrel, vanilla, toffee, and some alcohol. Flavor is mostly oaky whisky barrel and caramely malt - somewhat like I&G Rum Cask Oak Aged. Medium-bodied, soft-carbonated palate. Very whisky-oaky and a bit thin, but hides the ABV very well. MiP (4805), Flensburg, Germany Jun 26, 2008 Bottle, 9% at ÅBF08. Weak vanilla aroma. Good vanilla flavour. Cloudy dark red brown colour. JorisPPattyn (4247), Antwerpen, Belgium Jun 25, 2008 No head, deep red-chestnut colour. Whisky jumping out of the glass, sugared orange rind, hoppy. VERY special taste, like a mild yellow curry sauce, creamy, fruity, biiterish and incited with a little splash of whisky 100% in balance. Very oily, slick, voluptuous MF. Superbly original, wow Many thanks to the people of Danske Ølentusiaster that had the good sense to carry this one along Skinnyviking (2394), Copenhagen, Denmark Jun 22, 2008 Bottle. Head almost non-existandt, just a thin fluffy light brown ring. Hazy orange red body. Aroma of coffee berries and hops plus a good deal of alcohol. Vineous berries hops flavor and notes of alcohol. Whisky? Well I could not taste it. Low carbonation. Long aftertaste.
