Cloudy golden with a big white head, leaving some lace. Complex yeast aroma, some bubblegum, banana and pineapple. Sweet flavour with alcohol and spice.

Muddy blond color. Being the end of the bottle doesn’t help: light spicy character, round mouthfeel, some bitter orange and coriander, and some yeast.

Pours deep, muddy orange-yellow with a fine, creamy, off-white head. Aroma is yeasty, fresh, good exotic fruitiness. Lovely creamy mouthfeel. Elegant flavour, lots of fruit, apple, pineapple, lightly vinious. Lovely tripel - Søgaard! make more beers like this! NOW!

May 22, 2008 Hazy golden with medium off white head. Sweet fruity and yeasty aroma. Sweet fruity flavor with yeast, caramel and spicy notes. Ends dry.

May 22, 2008 Sample at Aarhus beerfestival. Medium head with medium duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are sweet and fruity. Initially quite watery, but a long sweet finish.
