Ungstrup (11338), Frederiksberg, Denmark Jan 31, 2007 Bryg no. 5. Bottled. An unclear orange beer with a lazing light orange head. The aroma is sweet herbal combined with notes of hops, and light grapefruit. The flavor is sweet malty with spicy notes of coriander, and a light hoppy note - not much hop wonder over this, as the name suggests. The end is medium bitter. omhper (10728), Stockholm, Sweden Jul 7, 2008 Bottled at RBESG. Cloudy pale amber, lively head. Caramelly nose with some grass. Sweet and medium bodied. The firs thing that strike me is caramel and crystalized sugar, then it becomes fruity with candy-like esters. It finishes with hoppy hay-like bitterness. Good beer! Papsoe (10254), Frederiksberg, Denmark Feb 23, 2007 (Bottle 70 cl) Very unclear, amber golden with a dense, off-white head. Lots of yeast lumps. Aroma of yeast and diacetyl. Medium-bodied, quite malty and fruity with notes of yeast. Comes with a surprisingly solid hopping.
