Bottled. Clear golden coloured. Mild honey aroma with notes of red berries and some herbs. Moderately sweet fruity and herbal flavour with some nice acidity in the finish. Mild and soft.

May 15, 2008 Bottled. A dark golden mead. The aroma is sweet and very alcoholic combined with notes of honey - too much alcohol for me, I can understand they recommend to drink it chilled. The flavor is sweet with notes of honey and strong notes of alcohol as well as light notes of rosehips. Dry finish.

May 15, 2008 Bottled. Clear and deep golden coloured with no head. Quite well balanced with notes of honey, herbs, fruit, berries and a faint hint of anis. Somewhat dry finish.
