330ml can, thanks to Stefan and Elisabeth for sharing. Off-white head over a deep, brown coloured body. Sweet malty aroma with hints of dark fruits. Slightly roasted, sweet dark malts in flavour added by a touch of prunes and a bite of herbs. Rounded bittersweet ending. Just alright (Tromsø, 27.10.2009).

(Canned, thanks to SaintMatty) Dark brown colour with frothy beige head. Malty nose with dark bread, wort, caramel and a touch of raisins. Slightly roasted. Malty taste with notes of dark bread, caramel, toasted grain, brown sugar and a touch of dried fruit in the finish. Medium body, soft mouthfeel. Rather sweet with low bitterness, short finish. Nothing exceptional, but a fairly tasty and decent dark lager.

330 ml can. From Tallinn, Estonia. Dark brown colour with small off-white head. Aroma is brown sugar, sweetener and dark sweetness. Or in one word, sweet. In flavour there is sugar sweetness and alcohol with bitter finish.

Biggish brown head. Deep brown body with light carbonation. Roasty caramelly aroma. Dry papery roasty caramel taste with watery notes. Mid-bodied. Dry earthy metallic grassy roasty caramel aftertaste. Not great. (0.33l can from some Alkoholipood in Tallinn.)

Can. Made the misstake in 2007 and shared a 24-pack of these on a Rock Cruise. It actually does’nt taste that bad. Aroma of roasted malt, caramel (quite like a average english ale), some bread too. Flavour is pretty much the same though I think there’s too much of a alcohol kick at the end. I like it more when being on the cruise, but that was probably cause I had a few stronger belgian and english beers at the bar before these...

Dark amber with a lasting off-white head. Weak malty aroma somewhat grainy, with a hint of berry. Sweet grainy malt flavour with a fruity note.
