Clear orange color with a small off-white head. Malty aroma. Flavor of caramel with metalic notes.

Burk 33 cl, köpt i Tallinn på inomhusmarknaden ett stenkast från hamnen. Mörkbrunröd kropp med ett stort skum. Doft: Rörsocker och russin. Smak: Honung, sirap och kaffe.

Can 330ml (from Tallinn). Pours a clear dark brown color with creamy tan head. Smells of dark fruits and caramel. The aroma is caramel, raisins and roastiness. Flavor is quite malty, sweet and the warmer it gets the more alcohol you can taste. Almost no bitterness in the aftertaste, but it’s a bit dry. Quite drinkable.

Dark reddish-brown. Nice sweet aroma of malt, raisins, and white bread. The taste however is one-dimensionally malty with some hints of sweetness, roastiness and alcohol. If it tasted as nice as it smelled, it would be a great beer, but it’s just OK.

Deep brown pour with a thick creamy white head. The aroma is quite sweet and heavily cocoaish. A little bit of sweet toffee and fudge cheer is a whiff of vanilla that is quite nice as well. An almost figgy sweetness that I quite dig an that reminds me of lots of Czech tmaves out there. Medium Bodied and quite malty bit it has great drinkability. Solid, solid stuff.

Can. Amber colour with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, caramel, roasted malt. Flavour is sweet, caramel, alcohol, roasted malt. Boring beer.

Pours a dark brown colour with a small white head. Aroma of sugar and some malts. Roasted malts and caramel on the flavour. Alcohol warming finish with some dryness. Good.

330 ml can. Copper color, tan head. Light roasted malt aroma. Slightly chalky, syrupy flavor. Medium-full body, medium carbonation. Nothing spectacular.
