Commercial Description:
This great wheat beer soon to be released in bottles and kegs is an unfiltered Belgian styled wit beer brewed with Belgian malt and wheat and spiced with coriander and orange peel with a touch of noble hops. Andy our brew master also adds a secret spice for a smooth, easy drinking beer.

Sampled at the brewpub. AU16/08.

App.: Cloudy straw with a small white head. Aroma: Slightly sour/funky wheat, some dirty citrus and coriander. Palate: Medium-ish body, medium-soft effervescence. Flav.: Over-the-top coriander dominates, maybe some light cereal/malt; dry with no bitterness and lingering coriander then a little ester.

Messy.

Had 7/29/06 at Four City Brewfest. Lots of wheat and coriander in the aroma. Light citrus in the flavor. I thought it was good.

Hazy blonde with a thin creamy white head. Light citrus/mandarin wheat with bananas and coriander, and sulfur notes. In mouth, straight coriander, very light, unbalanced. A very boring wit. August 26,2006 at the pub.
