Commercial Description:
Brewed with Maris Otter Malt and a touch of wheat malt, this ordinary bitter is a pleasant session ale with a crisp hop bitterness. Brewed to celebrate the 900th batch at Sac Brew’s original location.

Clear yellow body with good head. Faint bitter nose. Griany body with a smooth bitter finish. GABF2007

Draft at the brewpub. Aroma of pale malt and mild floral hop. Amber color with a creamy off-white head. Medium bodied with mild, slightly tingly, carbonation. Very pleasant semi-caramel malt flavor. Decent amount of bitter. Maybe an amber trying to be an English ESB. Somewhat dry finish with excellently balanced bitter. Good session beer. Really enjoyed it.
