Commercial Description:
An authentic unfiltered Bavarian wheat beer. Light and refreshing with a slight citrus flavor, perfect on a warm day. Subtle hopping and a Munich yeast strain give this ale its unique character. Available in 22oz and six packs.

Aroma is of banana, wheat. Flavor of banana, wheat, and wood. Despite that, flavor is a little bland. Slightly above mediocre overall.

12oz bottle. Cloudy gold/yellow color. Wheat and light banana on the nose. Honey Nut Cheerios, wheat and clove/banana in the flavor. Pretty fruity. Light, easy to drink. Better than American Wheat, thats for sure.

~Pours a cloudy yellow color, 1/2 creamy head, some lacing. Head disappears quickly. ~Smells sweet, bananna aroma, slight hop scent. ~ Can taste a little spice on tongue, fruity flavor, little bit of bitterness from hops. ~Light and refreshing. aftertaste is abrupt. ~Pretty good beer. I enjoy drinking it. Probably purchase again when it gets a little warmer outside.

Aroma of banana with a lemon note. Hazy gold color with fine bubbles and a decent white head. Medium body and creamy carbonation. The first taste seems almost orange, and citrus does seem to the principal flavor. No, banana does come up, along with some light clove. The finish is dry, and the bitter is quite mild. Refreshing.

Slightly tangy for a hefe. Tiny taste of the citrus you want. I’m drinking it out of a Bruge Zot glass brought back from Belgium...this doesn’t meet the demands of such a glass.
