Bottle. golden with a small head. Quite lively upon pouring with a hoppy bitterness. An excellent crack at an American Pale Ale and well worth checking out.

2nd September 2012
Bright clear gold beer, little white head. Light dry palate. Pleasant light hops, a little yellow grapefruit, followed by lemon and lime and a touch of melon. The malt is very light. Semi dry finish. Not bad. Decent bitter linger.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Tastes like a hoppy lager. Really mild with some balanced flavours - buttery, straw, a little floral and quite sweet. Itís actually not bad but Iím really disappointed that itís advertised as a very hoppy PA when it clearly isnít.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Cask @ Bow, Edinburgh
Light golden, slight haze, thin dense white head, some lacing
Aroma of lemony hops, citrus, some grape, soft grapefruit, light pale malt
Taste of grapefruit hops, tropical fruits, sweet pale malts, resinous hops, pretty hoppy with a fair amount of sweet pale malts in there too but itíís not a US íhop bombí
Palate - medium body, fairly oily texture, quite sticky, sherberty hops on the palate. Very fruity tail of sweet pale malts and bitter citrus hops
Overall - A good íEnglish-styleí APA - I do recall having it in Spoons last year and it was even more sweet hoppy and resinous

Really enjoyed this beer in the Brewery tap house.
Sherbet and tropical fruit shine through. I would love
To try a stronger version. Good beer in bottle and cask.
