3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle from B&M. Clear gold. Thin, but lasting, white head. Fusty, slightly buttery hop. Hint of lemon. Hint of spice. Taste is light bitter. Fresh palate. Fairly zingy. Finishes fresh and dry bitter. Taking into account the length of time Iíve had this, and the initial cost, then this is very decent.

Gravity at Swansea Bay Beer Festival, late August 2014. Didnít really live up to its name - a bright, refreshing golden ale with hints of citrus, but definitely not a hop bomb.

Wow, 89p this cost me! Not much to look at, no head at all and a greeny yellow colour. Big hop flavour which is quite bitter and fruity. This reminds me of shipyard IPA

3.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Very pale straw colour with a small white head. Aroma is fresh but indistinct. Flavour is surprisingly intense, I didnít expect the degree of hoppy bitterness - given the exceptionally light colour I was expecting more lager-like flavours. A little pine, too, barely any malt. Very light bodied, moderate carbonation. I enjoyed this one quite a bit.

3.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle from B&M, pours lager coloured with a frothy head, wheat is obvious, not as hoppy as the name would suggest. A bit of citrus & spice, refreshing though bloaty from the wheat. An English ale trying to be American, not as EPIC or AWESOME as it might like to be but nice all the same.
