Bottle. Very pale amber. Residual head. Very little aroma. Taste is quite bitter with its hops. Can just about detect some honey. The taste is a little too astringent. A below par beer.

Bottle BB Jun 2014. Yellow, mostly still with a few bubbles, scummy layer of bubbles on top. Smell - lager with a hint of honey. Body - medium with medium to low carbonation. Taste - malty......urm, Iím struggling to think of anything else to say about this one. Itís certainly yellow and mellow. A bit insipid.

Bottle, from Home Bargains, Scunthorpe. Gold, fluffy and sustained white head and good condition. Gentle sweet grain and a touch of floral honey in the nose, gently hop bitter and slightly spicy in the mouth with some sweet vanilla notes, finish is peppery and becomes quite bitter at the end.

Appearance: Clear golden/amber with thin loose white head which quickly disappeared. Aroma: Biscuit, lemon, and subtle honey. Taste: Medium sweetness, low/medium bitterness and low sourness. Palate: Thin smooth texture, light body, low/average carbonation, abrupt malty finish with a note of fruitiness. Comments: Ok and easy to drink.

Hazy blond colour. Light honey in the aroma. The flavour has some sweetness in the foreground and a touch of bitterness in the finish. Smooth, creamy. No carbonation.

DruncanVeasey (6936) - NUNEATON, Top 24, Warwickshire, ENGLAND - NOV 28, 2013
The rancid B&M version. Acrid butter on wholemeal crackers aroma. Heavily buttered wicker and wholemeal flavour with throat sweet, saline and old encrusted honey suggestions. Buttery bee shit sweetness. Slightly vile rendition of the cask version, itself hardly classic Sadlerís.

Bottle from B&M Stockton. Golden with fading white head. Aroma is hoppy with a faint hoppy edge. No strong flavours with the honey in the background. Hops are hardly prominent either. light, refreshing and bland.
