The aroma was well balanced between a light straw, light perfume hoppiness, and a light leather yeast presence. There was also a note of peach in the background. The body was medium-light with a soft carbonation and a slightly watery-oily texture. The flavor was lightly sweet and stayed that way through the short finish ... too bad. Zesty and refreshing, focusing on clean malts and a light spicy hop finish. Almost a true kolsch, in my opinion. ¾ (5012), Boulder, Colorado, USA

Perfumy, flowery, soapy nose with some sweaty scents as well. This, I’m assuming, is what the honey smells like in this beer. Sweaty and oily texture, shampoo-like flavor, with a strange potpourri finish that lingers far too long.
