May 20, 2008 Ugly, murky red brown with clouds of sediment. Sweet malt aroma with some sourness and yeast. Sour, spicy nutty taste. A little bitterness. Crude homebrewed type beer, but oddly complex and satisfying.

Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, light caramel, light hoppy, herbs, dust. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft - flat. Orange amber colour with a white rim. Nice malty aroma with hints of coffee and some light fruit and tobacco. Nutty, malty & fruity flavour with a slight bitterness to the finish that balances it out pretty well.
