Botella de 33cl. Color marrón oscuro, algunos tonos rojizos según la luz, con cabeza beige de pequeño tamaño. Aroma de maltas dulces, regaliz, y toque de chocolate. En boca se intensifica el chocolate y aparecen notas de café, terminando en un final de lúpulo y azucar. No se nota nada el alcohol. El cuerpo es medio tirando a ligero, carbonatación suave. Producto digno.

Botella de 330ml. Copa Globo. Saboreada en mar´13. Brota con color ámbar profundo y corona bronceada con bastante buena retención. Complejo perfil aromático que presenta aromas florales, trazos de frutas pasas – pasas y ciruelas-, sutil chocolate fundido, levadura y notas de café. El sabor es de malteado tostado y gentil amargor redondeado por matices de chocolate fundido. Cuerpo medio y carbonatación suave/moderada. Textura oleica que aporta una sedosa y suave sensación. El subyacente afrutado redondea el seco amargo/dulce final. Toques de cacao en el retrogusto. El bien enmascarado ABV permite que la asimilación sea placentera. Buen maridaje con Brazo de Gitano de coco.
330ml Bottle. Snifter glass. Enjoyed on mar´13. Pours very dark amber in color headed by tan crown. Fairly good retention. Complex aroma profile: floral aromas, hints of dried fruits – raisins & prunes- subtle fudge chocolate, yeast & coffee notes. Toasted malting & gentle bitterness rounded by fudge chocolate hues. Medium body. Soft to moderate carbonation. Oily texture produces a silky & smooth sensation. Fruity underneath rounds a dry bitter/sweet finish. Cocoa on the aftertaste. ABV well masked so drinkability is so pleasant. Perfect pairing with Brazo de Gitano coconut cake.

Dark brown color, almost black; medium sized head, not persistent. Very mild aroma of roasted malt, nice nevertheless. Good body strength, but less than expected; caramel flavor, moderate sweetness, mild nutty touch, and some liquorice; the bitterness is relatively low.
Not bad, but it seems old.

Botella de 33 cl. Cerveza de alta graduacion alcoholica aunque parece mucho menor al tomarla. aroma y sabor dulce, puede que a chocolate.

Muddy brown, minimal head. Cold sweet coffee, licorice candy, some (timely) citrus, something floral about, alcohol well concealed but haunting. Sweetness just a bit more assertive than sourness. Sturdy, oily feel, carbonation somehow notwithstanding. Reminiscent of lemonade and rum in an uncleaned coffee cup. Pleasant finish (licorice almost forgotten).

Una cerveza muy especial. Oscura y espuma cremora. Olores a madera y café. Sabores tostados, frutas, miel de caña, café. Muy buena combinación gas/cuerpo. Enhorabuena por esta cerveza a los productores.
