COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Tercio. Pours a rich red tinged mahogany with a thin white head. Yeast, nuts, dry red fruit and toffee on the nose. Dry and minimally carbonated, with a moderate yet well hidden alcohol. Sessionable.

Bottle. Copper red colour with medium head. Malty, bread, caramel aromas. Bitter-sweet with caramel, toasty, hoppy, nutty taste. Medium/low carbonation with medium body. Very nice.

Thanks to jonas for that one. Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass brownish-copper coloured, small head. Starts malty and dry, modest roasty, a hint of caramel. Finish more dry, a bit rusty, but well balanced. Quite drinkable beer. Good!

0.33 l bottle, from Carrefour, Madrid. Dark amber colour, clear liquid, short head. Aroma has notes of elderflower, honey, fresh bread, butter biscuits, roasted malt, caramel, brown sugar, anice, sour cherries, roses. Medium body, average carbonation, dry texture, bitter taste, astringent and long finish.

sark copper color, average sized off-white head, which fades quickly into a compact two millimiters width film. aroma combines well malty (caramel, bread) and citrus notes. body is light, medium to high carbonation (maybe too high), easy (but not flat) finish, mainly hoppy but with a sweet background. taste is smoothly hoppy, little of caramel, licorice, cinnamon maybe. a good work ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

(bottle, 33cl) Slightly hazy, dark amber to brown colour with a short and tanned foamy layer. Yeasty, bready toast-malty aroma with notes of caramel, nuts and a tinge of alcohol. Roasty malt-character with loads of caramel, accompanied by a nutty touch and subtle resiny fruity nozes; sweet and slightly bitter finish with lingering caramel flavours in the aftertaste. 06.II.13

Bottle (gracias, Garching!): Almost clear, chestnut-amber coloured, sweetish bready toasty nose with traces of caramel and a light hoppy counterweight; moderate dryish bitter-sweet flavour, nearly medium bodied; lingering dry hoppy and toasty finish. Nice, nice...

Bottle. Madrid hotel room. NFL on the iPad. Rusty red. Thin but a staying head. Carries a caramel malt character. Look up "malt" in the dictionary and their might very well be a picture of this beer. Toffee, too. Well balanced drinker. (#4846, 12/2012)
