Un pò meglio dei soliti radler light da supermercato, perlomeno fa 4 gradi e con il caldo fa più piacere di una sagres normale.

Bottled. A light yellow beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of lemon and straw. The flavor is apples, lime, and a bit of malt, leading to a dry lemon and malty finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Pale and greenish with a collapsing sudsy head. Some lime sharpness in the aroma, mozzie repellant, potato as the head vanishes. Corona with a slice, low cal lemonade. Afters of lime, sweetener, vanilla, biscuits. I shouldn’t like it but I do.

2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
330ml bottle from BeersOfEurope. A shandy. We should have a special category for these as there are so many of them and they are so popular. This is light, drinkable and refreshing. The "natural" lemon tastes like you’d expect a processed extract to taste like - it’s faintly reminiscent of washing up liquid. Not a great example of the style, but certainly it slips down easily.

Holy crap - one of only three people dumb enough to buy this for rating. Or care enough to enter the details. The shame... This had the palest of bodies with a respectable but quick-shrinking head. Smelled of shandy - beer and artificial lemon. Fizzy lemonade-like mouthfeel. Sweet and acidic lemon flavours. Quenching but barely beerlike. Imagine a lager shandy with loads of lemonade and you’ve pretty much got this. One step up from an alcopop. (33cl bottle from Petersham Liquor Mart. BB April 08)
