1.7 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20 stevoj (920) - Ramstein-Miesenbach, GERMANY - OCT 20, 2012
I’ll put his one in the category of "beer flavored water", No aroma, no taste, but amazingly mouhfeel feels about right. There isn’t much else to suggest this is actually beer, except for maybe the alcohol content.

355 ml bottle for lunch at a crappy Vietnamese retaurant in Friedrichshain, Berlin. Pours a sparkling golden body with a short lived fizzy white head. Nose is sickening with notes of yeasty malts extract. Medium bodied. Fizzy and thick mouth. Sourish sweetness and a papery bitterness. More or less how I don’t want a beer to be. Did not finish the beer.

Bottle. From collectors Meeting in Martin, Slovakia. Pale golden body. Sweet aroma (very sweet). Tasted like something like jam, which lost date best before. Interesting and exotic.
1.6 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 5/20 maxwelldeux (2220) - Raleigh, North Carolina, USA - OCT 7, 2012
Bottle. Has all the characteristics you expect from a cheap export lager. A little skunky, but fairly crisp and light.

1.9 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20 Holmen1 (1074) - NORWAY - SEP 1, 2012
3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 flying_pig (614) - SCOTLAND - AUG 17, 2012
Bottle (355ml from See Woo, Glasgow):
Mild touches of grain with a bit too much skunk following this, there is some cheap adjuncts probably some rice and corn and not a whole lot else. There is some very light grassy hops as well and some background sweetness.
Golden yellow to amber colour with a thumb sized, bubbly white head on top that has okay retention and shows plenty of bubbles rising to the top of the glass.
Some sweetness and some corn, grain and not as much skunk as the nose suggested. Again there is a lot of adjuncts present but the taste is pretty basic.
Light to medium in body with mild carbonation and a sweet, smooth taste with a slight amount of grain towards the end of the drink.
It was pretty basic as you would expect and perhaps back of my review is based on nostalgic reasons by it is still a decent enough beer and definitely on of the better Vietnamese beers.
2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 12/20 suedehead288 (191) - BELGIUM - AUG 16, 2012
Ho Chi Minh and Mekong, Vietnam, July 2012 - near riverside - home of Mai, Vy and Ty. Lager Beer, not that special.
2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20 MaartenRF10 (1175) - Wageningen, NETHERLANDS - AUG 7, 2012
Clear golden, small white head. Why do they find it necessary in Asia to use rice in beer. Makes this one far less refreshing and too sweet. Carbo could have been better as well.
2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20 high_on_hops (407) - Burlingame, California, USA - JUL 27, 2012
Pours a pale yellow with a small white head and lacing. It has a faint aroma of pale malts and some yeast. The flavor is the same with a small amount of citrus or other type of fruit. It also has a crisp finish.
