The Bold aromatics of citrus, grapefruit, ripe mango and pine, hallmarks of the IPA style. Speciality malt sweetness and syrupy, piney hop notes balance to create a smooth, satisfying brew.

Bottle from Dan Murphy’s September 2013. Big hoppy beer this one with pine, citrus and floral aromas. Heavy in the mouth and the aftertaste hangs around.

640mL bottle BB 24/08/14 Pale gold body with some haze, holds a small white foam. Decent hop nose; grapefruit rind, pine sap, woody spice & fresh cut grass with some underlying lightly toasted malt in there, perhaps a touch of diacetyl? Full bodied, good carbonation, drying texture. Delivers a good hit of pine & citrus hop, some unripe stonefruit in there with lightly nutty, biscuity malt playing second fiddle. Moderately high bitterness, finish a tad short. Pretty decent IPA, without being anything too memorable.

Pours cloudy amber with a small tan head that quickly dissipates. Smells more muted than a lot of IPAs, with some grapefruit, pine and notable malt. Taste is also quite muted for what I expect from a 5.9% beer, with the usual IPA hallmarks but somewhat watered down. Mouthfeel is a nice medium body. Quite easy drinking.

Bottle. Golden/orange, off white thin head. Aromas of tropical fruit, citrus, soft pine and a strong caramel malt backnote. Flavour wise the citrus drops off, with moderate pine taking over along with a well balanced caramel malt. Mid level of bitterness without the resin often associated with pine dominated hops. I enjoyed this session IPA.

Pour is hazy amber with thin white head. Aroma is a nice grapefruit with caramel notes coming though. Flavour is a good dose of caramel malt upfront, quite clean with a good moderate bitter finish.

This is a very nice beer. The aroma was pleasant and the taste of hops was mild to middle for me. I enjoyed it and would buy again

Big resinous citrus hop aroma. Cloudy orange amber colour with good head. Strong resinous hit up front that is balanced nicely with malt at the end. Med body and carbonation ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
