Aroma is smoke , some sweetness. dark brown muddy beer , pretty white head. Taste is light smoke , light bitterness. Finish is dry , a bit of ashes, and a bit of hoplike tingling. body is light. Enjoyable.

Taste has soft caramel and roast malts, smoky.

Mild smokey nose. Pale beige head. Hazy pale brown color. Smokey malty and hoppy tatse with some cow house notes. Too hopped.

Smell of smoke and.. bratwurst? Dark brown, muddy. Beige head. Aroma of smoke, bratwurst(?) and Fisherman’s Friend. Yes, this beer played crazy on me. Medium sweet, medium sour.

Bottle 33 cl. Dirty brown look with a min lightbrown head. Aroma of liqorize, roastes malt and dried fruit. Sweet smoke taste with a long smoke end. Light body.

Good beer, could still have had more body and more smoke. A bit pale, still enjoyable.

330ml bottle. Murky, muddy look. Small off-white head. Faint smoke, malty and grainy notes in aroma. Woody, grainy, dead yeast, cork in flavor. Moderate bitterness, but not offensive. Dry yeast is bit disturbing and doesn’t fit in.

Slightly sweet smokey aroma, a little bit stodgy. Dark brown, tight beige persistent head. Herbal retronasals, gentle smoke too. Refreshing palate, crisp carbonation. Slightly dry yeasty body, barky, and earthy - of course a fair smokiness too. Finish dry and smoky. Pretty tasty, but a little unrefined compared to Heller’s brews.

Bottle. Hazy reddish dark brown color with a minimal head. Sweet aroma of roasted malt and lemon. Medium bitter smoky taste. Medium light body.

Bottle. Pours cloudy brown in color with a thin tan head. Appearance is pretty horrible. Earthy and some rubber in aroma. Light smokiness perhaps and some light notes of salty seawater in taste. Slightly sweet maltyness as well. Feels more like an old ale though this one and is pretty good actually. Bittersweet and slightly salty finish.
