50cl bottle. Amber with a loose white head - quite highly carbonated; fresh, grassy aroma; crisp malty flavour - typically Pilsner-style; and a lightly bitter spritzy finish with some honeyed sweetness. Excellent value for money.

downender (6526) - Bristol, Gloucestershire, ENGLAND - NOV 2, 2011
Deep gold with moderate carbonation and a frothy white head. Light, slightly sweet cereal aroma with a herbal edge. More malts in the flavour with some herbal and peppery notes leading to a soft finish. Fine.

500ml bottle. Pours orange gold with a thin head. Aroma is faint, touch of grassy bitter hop. Taste has some Saaz, quite grassy. Ok for a cheap supermarket lager.

imdownthepub (10654) - Banbury, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - SEP 4, 2011
Bottled 500ml from Sainsburys in Ripley, Derby’s. Gold with short lasting head. This is slightly metallic with a piney herby note, didn’t really come over as Saaz, thinnish and a touch sweet.

EFC1878 (315) - Manchester, Greater Manchester, ENGLAND - JUN 30, 2011
500ml bottle. Dark gold with initially strong white head that soon diminishes. Pine resin and citrus aroma. Slightly sweet with a bitter finish that almost verges on metallic. Take it for what it is and it’s not bad at all.

Bottle of course, if i compare it with classic czech lager so : good white foam, but lot of big bubles in the foam = will fall soon, colour is yellow not golden as should be, light hoppy aroma, not bad light sweetness, lightly bitter, for 5% lager not very bitter and I dont feel malt body...medium body, quite well balanced. But the beer is absolutelly without CO2 no "říz" quite refresable beer, better than Uk lagers, but notling special when I compare it with cz lagers. Shame that we dont know where exactly was brewed. mazbe Staropramen not Ostrava...who cares :)

DruncanVeasey (7316) - NUNEATON, CONF N, Warwickshire, ENGLAND - APR 5, 2011
Bright gold with a retreating fluff of head. Clean, faintly resinous aroma ticking all the Boho Pils boxes; lemon, spike of pine, greenery (thistle, dandelion), honeyed biscuit. Pretty good. Big patio potential here; light but perfectly accented flavour with crisp grassy hop, fresh hay, honey and biscuit. A beer I could knock back chilled in some quantity without worrying too much about it. Will probably buy again.

500ml bottle from Sainsburys funnily enough. Clear deepish gold with a lasting white head. Touch of boring malt on the aroma and touch of hop. Hops on the finish are decent enough. I like this type of pilsner. Easy enough to drink and no real bad flavours. Touch metallic, but otherwise a decent bohemian pils

(500ml bottle) Green bottles are an ambination to Pilsners . Any respectable Saaz hop traces that may be found in the nose are muted by a shitty ’skunky" stench.
Its buttery and mildly dry to drink: Raspy and bitter florals, with mild bready sweetness.
