Bottle. Pale gold with low carbonation. Aromas are sweet and sour apple with hints of caramel. Candy sugar with some musty notes. Flavours are sweet, thin apple with some vinegar and green apple tartness. Slightly eggy to finish. Not bad for it’s strength.

Bottle 500ml. clear glass.

Clear light to medium yellow colour with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate apple, sweet apple. Flavour is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is flat to soft. [20120506]

Bottled. Yellowo colour, small white head, which disappears rather fast. Aroma is apples, vanilla and mild wood. Also rather sweet notes. Flavour is fruity, wooden, mild apples and some vanilla. Not too bad for being low alcohol.
