Bottle from Sainsburys in Eastbourne shared with McTapps. One of those easy going ciders with a nice mixture of sour and sweet moments. Apples and bit of lemons in the aroma combined with a balanced, non-special taste, Highly drinkable but not that what you would call rocket science.

Bottle from Sainsbury’s in Eastbourne. Pours out in a deep golden colour with medium to smooth body. Aroma of red apples and juice. Taste of ripe, red apples, light caramel, leaves, cake and apples juice. Easy to drink - enjoyed it. But it is just nothing special.

danlo (1135) - Darlington, Durham, ENGLAND - JAN 26, 2014
500ml bottle from Sainsbury’s, Darlington. Clear pale yellow colour, white foam head that dissipates away and aroma of tart apple. Flavour is sourish apple, apple skins, with some sweetness and tartness. Oily mouthfeel, light bodied, medium carbonation, dry slightly tannic finish. Quite OK.

Almost water colored, but with a ginger ale tinge to it. No head, no lacing. Slightly carbonated. Sour, unripe apple aroma. An earthy, leafy aroma. A sweet and dry tart apple flavor. Tart aftertaste. Not bad.

Bottle, from Sainsburys Hessle. Pale gold, thin shortlived white fizzle of head and low condition. Gentle sweet apple skin aromas with some background oak notes, quite soft and delicate in the mouth with some low citrusy apple anda little bitterness, low dry apple sweetness briefly in the finish.

Bottle. Pale gold with low carbonation. Aromas are apple and white grape with zesty lemon. Flavours are appletize with a slightly tart lemon finish. Has a bit of bite. Thankfully without the artificial elements of some ciders.

harrisoni (13609) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - JAN 3, 2011
Bottle from Sainsburys. Very pale gold with a lasting thin white head.. Some apple skin on the aroma. A very easy drinking apple juice led cider that would be enormously refreshing in the summer rather than on Jan 3rd when it was freezing, but hey you can imagine. Not a huge amount of character or tannin or acidity, but there is a hint of tannin on the finish and a little prickle on the gums. Easy to drink.

downender (6245) - Bristol, Gloucestershire, ENGLAND - OCT 24, 2010
Pale gold with slight carbonation. Sweet, apple fruit aroma. Flavour began with the same sweetness before a lemony acidity cut in, which gave way to some residual sugar. Unusual, but not that great.
