A smooth and fruity beer, bursting with refreshing flavours of citrus fruits combined with rounded, malty notes. This crisp and citrussy beer is brewed using a single hop variety, Earlybird to give a light malty beer with fresh floral aromas.

Bottle from Sainsbury’s. Initial whiff of bottled hops. Dry beer with sweet caramel notes. Dusty hop bitterness. Fairly typical bottled Shepherd Neame bitter. It’s drinkable, but not impressive despite the brewer’s signature on the bottle.

Bottled. An amber coloured beer. Oh dear! Sweet and sugary with cardboard aplenty. Really obvious pasteurisation boiled sweets notes. Really not my thing.
