Bottle. Gold, thin shortlived white head and moderate condition. Delicate woody nose with a pleasant sweet, almost honeyed, apple note. Sweetness remains in the full bodied mouth, hints of candy sugar and a herbal spiciness, maybe even a suggestion of almonds. Finish is again sweet but with a dry bitternessdeveloping to provide some balance.

Bottle of the 2010 Vintage at home in London with Lyoli, during the opening ceremony. Pours clear gold, effervescent with a fading, white head. Mild apple nose with some musty dankness. Light to medium sweet flavor with subtle apples, hints of spices, a bit of dry musk and mold. Light bodied with average, massaging carbonation. Finishes lightly dry and semi-sweet, with modest apples, some apple skins. It’s a very subtle cider - some might even say bland. Easy drinking, either way.

Orangy gold, almost flat. Light vinigar apple smell. Sour medium oily body. Citrus and vinigary fruity apple taste. Enjoyable

Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, woody apples, dry apples. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light light acidic with a average duration, thin, light dry. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20110804]

Bottle @ Chris O’s. Thanks guys. Says vintage 2009. Pours hazy golden with a small off white head. Sweet nose and flavor. Pear and apples. Dry and short end. Sweet.

500ml bottle. Pours gold with moderate carbonation. Aroma is sweet and sour apples. Sharp. Taste is sweet apple juice to start. Dry, slightly sour finish.

Bottle from Sainsburys. Aroma is slightly sour apple, a bit of leather. Flavour is sour apple, and initially taste of vinegar. Medium carbonation. Dry and slightly sour finish. Not bad.

500ml bottle. Golden in colour with moderate carbonation. Sweetish aroma of pulped fruit with a touch of wood. Flavour had more sweetish juice, with a touch of barnyard character and medium dry finish. Ok.
