Bottled. Aroma of sweet lemon. Golden color, white irregular head, fair lace. Light sweet, light malty, bitter, citrus, long lasting bitter finish. Light dry, bit thin, pretty flat. Has all a Biere de Garde should have but nothing exciting, no complexity and a not so great mouthfeel.

75cl bottle from Auchan, Calais. Gold with thick white head. Hoppy aroma, some yeast. Good Biere de Garde aroma. Very good in mouth, sharp and alive. Citric and rather lovely. Creamy. I like it. Fresh tasting, refreshing on palate and interesting. I love this style of beer.

(Bottle 75 cl) With the additional name "La Blonde". Golden, pretty much filtered, high carbonation. Rather dry with some bitterness and hence a somewhat atypical "Blonde". Very limited residual sweetness. 251204

Bottled. Hazy yellow. Spicy nose. Soft and sweet with notes of cheese, yeast, soap and citrus. Hoppy and complex with lively bitter finish.
