COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Modeled after the bright, beautiful ales of Koln, our interpretation has a clean, crisp, malt character similar to a pilsner. The authentic Kolsch yeast strain pairs perfectly with our unique blend of aromatic Noble hops from Germany.

Can. Medium gold, average white head. Lightly fruity grains, maybe apple? Not sure, but pretty light all around. Ok.

Rating #1531 - 19.03.2015 - On tap at Cosmopolitan Hotel in Old Town San Diego, Pale straw coloured pour, bubbly white head, no lacing. Aroma is clean, lots of grassy, earthy notes. Medium carbonation, light body - nice clean mouthfeel. Meh.

Slightly hazy, straw color with white head. Aroma has bready malt and a bit of honey sweetness. Taste follows with the same notes, clean, slightly malty and just some hops to balance it out. Aftertaste is slightly bitter. Body is on the light side, crisp and refreshing. Overall it’s a nice, easy drinking session ale.

Gonna rate before there are any changes due to merger or takeover what ever. This is a good blonde, remember it is a kolsche. So some sweetness in aroma, very clear yellow but not white piss yellow like their owne s brews. Flavor is lager like clean and crisp. Great beach brew if weren’t for glass bottle.

Can from World Beer Market (Sake no Taniguchi). Nose of corn, grass, light sewer, tiny hopping. Thin pale straw color. Pils-like maltiness, bready, grassy, and some bitter tracks in finish (stronger than the aftertaste in most blondes). Thin-medium body. Fairly refreshing, but somewhat bland.

Clear pale yellow. Taste like straw and grassy grains with water. Some sweetness, that is all she wrote.

Pours a clear pale yellow with a foamy white head...lively. Aroma has light grassy hops and just a bit of malt backing. Flavor follows suit...crisp grassy/spicy hops and very light malt backing it up. Mouthfeel is light and lively with a dry and grassy/earthy finish.
