Modeled after the bright, beautiful ales of Koln, our interpretation has a clean, crisp, malt character similar to a pilsner. The authentic Kolsch yeast strain pairs perfectly with our unique blend of aromatic Noble hops from Germany.

Not a lot of aroma. This is pretty tasty. Light and airy with a hint of hops in the semi dry finish. Pretty decent light beer.

Draft at MCRD during a meet and greet before the Kid graduated boot camp. Grainy and bready. Decent but not great.

Can pour at dodger stadium. Can color is a nice silver with blank detailing. Aroma is of hotdogs but I’m thinking that’s not the beer, flavor is light and refreshing.

Pours clear golden with a fairly thick and frothy porcelain head. Aroma presents malty, banana and pear tones. Flavor offers fresh malt, apple and banana, and adds in some resiny hop character. Mouthfeel features decent body and lively fizz. Aim for one.

16 oz can shared with ebone1988 from Dumpster Box No. 2. The pour is a nice golden yellow with a larger white head that falls down to a collar. The aroma is very kolsch like. There is a heavy bright golden ale aroma to it. It's bright and somewhat decent. This should be interesting. The flavor is crisp and light. The able is much more blonde than it is kolsch. There is a heavy blonde influence. It's just not that great. The mouth feel is light and crisp with that big blonde influence that I'm not crazy about. If this were actually a kolsch it'd be pretty good, but it's way too much blonde. The aftertaste is lingeringly sweet Belgian yeast and it's not okay. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Can shared with koleminer20, out of Dumpster Day box #2. Aroma is light as fuck, light sweetness, light corn, not much else. Appearance is golden, hazy, white head. Taste is light, banana, clove, water, metallic, nothing. Mouthfeel is light to medium body, crisp carbonation, lager-y aftertaste. Overall, this isn’t great.

Can. Medium gold, average white head. Lightly fruity grains, maybe apple? Not sure, but pretty light all around. Ok.

Rating #1531 - 19.03.2015 - On tap at Cosmopolitan Hotel in Old Town San Diego, Pale straw coloured pour, bubbly white head, no lacing. Aroma is clean, lots of grassy, earthy notes. Medium carbonation, light body - nice clean mouthfeel. Meh.
