COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This beer encompasses everything we love about Double IPA’s. HOPS. We used a simple two-row base malt as a vehicle to bring a burst of hops to your palate. A healthy dose of Chinook, Simcoe and Citra is the reason we love brewing this beer.

Hazy golden color with generous head. A symphony of hops, they have a strong resiny and dunk character, piney, quite fruity too; smart choice of pale malts for the background; very moderate sweetness; quite fresh too.
Very drinkable, excellent.

Tap at Watering Hole. Thanks for sharing Eric. Glowing, hazy gold with a big fluffy white head. Big tangerine and grapefruit aromas on the nose with some lemon zest and light tropical fruit notes. Average carbonation with a medium body. Hides the booze very well. Fruity and bitter on the palate with the hops as the showcase. Finishes bitter with lots of pith and citrus.

Pours a very cloudy, bright golden yellow color with bright straw colored edges and a two finger frothy white head that slowly settles into a thick, lasting ring. Excellent retention, taking a while to settle with streaks of soapy lacing coating the glass on the way down. Floral, slightly earthy aroma with some grassy pine and resinous buds along with a touch of citrus and a pale malt backbone. Could use some more fruit sweetness adding to the subtle grapefruit and pineapple character. Some bread, biscuit and light fruit esters along with grainy crackers. Fuller end of medium body with a slight creamy texture and a crisp spicy hop bite that lingers over the sweeter notes and pale malts into a dry finish. Some piney bitterness with dank buds and spruce tip. Not to dry or sticky but has nice lingering bitterness countered by subtle hints of tart grapefruit, sweet pineapple and zesty lemon peel. Could use more of a tropical/citrus sweetness and the malt backbone slightly hinders the hops with biscuit, grainy graham cracker, bread and light fruit sweetness. There’s also some boozy heat in the finish slightly taking away from the hops but the high ABV is decently masked making this strong beer pretty easy to drink.
