COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Everything you’d expect from a great American IPA: Hop-forward, yet civilized. Bitter but balanced. Cascade hops ring loud and clear with citrus/pine notes and are backed up by a chorus of our other favorites - Apollo, Centennial, Chinook, Columbus, Crystal, and Simcoe.

Pours yellow gold. Aroma is stone fruit, pine resin, floral, maybe some pepper/coriander spiciness? Taste is very bitter, lemon peel, grapefruit. Overall very nice and truly dry and bitter. I like just a tad more sweetness but this is well done and worth grabbing if fresh.

Pours hazy gold. Good foamy head. Aroma of tropical fruits, earth, pine resin and lemon. Taste of caramel malts but overwhelmed by trop fruit, hop spice, and floral. Finish is grapefruit with lasting floral and woodsy qualities. Nice medium mouthfeel.

Beautiful deep gold color with a quickly-disappearing white head. Citrus and pine dominate the aroma with some mild earthy notes. Nice balance of malt and hops, flavors leaning towards resiny pine. Medium to full bodied with a long bitter finish. Overall a respectable West Coast IPA.

This is a really refreshing IPA, on a hot day after a long day of work this is my go to beer. It is very citrusy, and has a fresh hoppy flavor. One of my favorite drinks right now. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Not much aroma on this. Lighter yellow color and no cloudiness. Mild start with slight bitterness with a similar finish ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bomber. Opaque paler orange yellow, finer off-white foam moastly lasts. Tropical forest fruit aroma. Mostly grapefruit taste up front, gets more tropical fruity, fainter floral forest spice, subdued lightly sweet c-malt. Average carbonation, light-medium bodied, well hopped. Tasty. Can, thanks to Ingo! Sampled on April 7, 2015.
Clear golden color, white head. Scent is intense tropical fruits; passion fruit, mango, papaya, pineapple; hoppy, a bit caramelly malty sweet. Hoppy, green, herbal, bitter, alcohol taste. Warming alcohol. Hoppy, citrus aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel, medium high to high bitterness.
Alcohol and bitterness a bit unbalanced for my taste.

Appearance: Pours a regal yellow gold with a tight white cap of foam atop.

Aroma: Grapefruit, sativa, tangerine, fruit cocktail.

Taste: Beautiful mixture of dank citrus and grassy American hops. Very dry pilsnerish bready malt. Finishes with moderate length clean bitterness that lets up for repeat sips.

Mouthfeel: Bone dry, average carb, medium bodied.

Overall: This is exactly what I want from an IPA, and a perfect example of a San Diego IPA. With that said, if you like your IPAs a bit sweeter, it might get some taking used to. This might be in my top 3 IPAs as of this posting.
