COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Everything you’d expect from a great American IPA: Hop-forward, yet civilized. Bitter but balanced. Cascade hops ring loud and clear with citrus/pine notes and are backed up by a chorus of our other favorites - Apollo, Centennial, Chinook, Columbus, Crystal, and Simcoe.

Can at Komachi. Big, fresh fruit, lemon, tropical, pineapple, sweet, but light and clean, some biscuity malt. Finishes very crisp and lovely.

Can. Gold with a frothy white head. Aroma of grapefruit, lime, some earthy and tropical notes. Light bodied. Sweet clean pale malt, lots of fruity hops, a little pine, medium high bitterness. The tropical fruit notes are nice and it’s clean and pretty tasty but the malt side of things is just so anonymous.

Solid IPA. very piney/earthy all the way through but not too bitter to be undrinkable. Missing the citrus/fruity notes that really make an IPA for me.

Bottle. A golden color with a white head. A robust hop aroma with layers of grass, hops, citrus and pine. A full rich palate for a single IPA. A strong bitter bite with lingering hop goodness.

Can. Tastes nutty, like grapefruit, dry pine, caramel malt, spicy hops. Dry feel. Light/medium body and carbonation. Smells very malty, nutty, hoppy, like grapefruit and dry pine.
